5. THE SCORING MATRIX (Risk Stratification & Guidelines)
- Hemodynamic Definition of Shock: Cardiogenic shock is strictly defined by evidence of tissue hypoperfusion (e.g., altered mental status, oliguria, cool skin) accompanied by a systolic blood pressure <90 mm Hg or MAP <65 mm Hg.
