Ahmed Elsayed Ghoname, trading as RescueEM, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Our orders are processed by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for your order and handles refunds. To request a refund:

1. Email us at support@rescueem.com with your order email and we will process the request for you — this works for every order, and we reply within 2 business days.
2. Or look your order up directly at app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, through Lemon Squeezy, or by emailing support@rescueem.com. On cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Free trial

RescueEM offers a one-month free trial of the Pro plan with no credit card required. You will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe at the end of the trial.
