Ahmed Elsayed Ghoname, trading as RescueEM, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
2. Email us at support@rescueem.com and we will help you submit the request to Paddle.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via paddle.net. On cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Free trial

RescueEM offers a one-month free trial of the Pro plan with no credit card required. You will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe at the end of the trial.
